Documents

Before your application can be processed, each traveller needs to provide a passport photo. This can easily be done online, after the payment has been made.

I hereby declare that I have completed this form to the best of my knowledge and belief and am aware that any errors in the information provided may result in the trip not being able to take place. I understand that I must meet the requirements of Immigration New Zealand (INZ) and that INZ will use the information I have provided to assess whether I can be admitted to the country, as well as to improve its services, in accordance with the Immigration Act 2009. I agree that INZ may, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993, provide information to other authorities within or outside New Zealand. I also hereby authorise INZ to share information regarding my right of entry with airlines, shipping companies and other carriers to facilitate check-in.
