I also understand that a granted visa does not guarantee entry into Cambodia, as immigration authorities are entitled to bar unwanted travellers on arrival at any time. For example, but not exclusively, because the traveller cannot prove to have sufficient financial resources to pay for the entire trip, is being prosecuted of a crime in Cambodia or another country, has previously been expelled from Cambodia or another country, participated in or sought prostitution, used or smuggled drugs, engaged in terrorist activities or has a bad character.
