Validity period of the visa

The Cambodia visa has a validity period of 90 days. You can stay a maximum of 30 days with the visa. The validity period begins from the moment that your application is approved by the immigration service. This usually happens within 7 days. If you submit your application more than 30 days before arriving in Cambodia, it will be processed exactly 30 days before your date of arrival, making sure that the visa is valid during your entire stay. Requirements of the visa

The Cambodia visa is meant for people that want to enter the country for a holiday. Be aware that you need to bring the following documents with you on your trip to make it past the passport check at the immigration post:

• The passport that you used to apply for the visa. This passport needs to be valid for at least 6 more months from the moment you arrive in Cambodia
• The printed visa for Cambodia, in duplicate. When entering Cambodia through one of the immigration posts listed below, you will have to hand over one copy of the printed visa. When exiting the country (which is possible at every border crossing) you hand over the second copy.

How does applying for the Cambodia visa work? The application procedure consists of three simple steps. First, you fill in the Cambodia visa application form. Next, you pay for the visa, which can be done with credit card, Trustly, Google Pay, Apple Payr or PayPal. The cost is £64.95 per person. The same visa cost applies to children. However, you can only enter Cambodia once your visa application has been approved. If you are arriving in more than a month’s time, your application is put on hold until exactly 30 days before departure. The reason is that the validity period of the visa starts right after approval.
