Receive your visa code number

The e-visa for Cuba that you can apply for on this website is actually a visa code number. Once you have filled in the application form and fulfilled the payment, you will receive a visa number code. Use this code to activate your e-visa on D'Viajeros, the website of the Cuban immigration services. During the seven days prior to your arrival in Cuba, you have to register your trip on this website by filling in a form. After this, you will be able to travel to Cuba.

The D'Viajeros form step by step

Once your application has been approved, your visa code number will be displayed on your personal status page. Click on your visa code and you will immediately be redirected to the D'Viajeros website. Although the website is automatically displayed in Spanish, you can change the language settings by clicking on the language icon at the top right. You will need to fill in a form consisting of five different parts. Read on to find out how to do it.

1. Personal data

On the first page of the form you will need to enter some personal data, like your first and last names, as well as your date of birth. You will also have to enter the number of the passport you will be using to travel to Cuba.

2. Your travel itinerary in Cuba

On this page you have to provide information about your trip to Cuba. You need to indicate your expected arrival date in Cuba, the name of your airline and your flight number. You will also need to indicate the airport where you will arrive in the country and your travel purpose. Your visa code number will be automatically be filled in on this page.

3. Accommodation address and health information

On the third page of the form you will need to indicate your accomodation address in Cuba by selecting the hotel you will be staying in from the list displayed. If you plan to stay in different type of accommodation, you will need to fill in the address yourself. If you will be staying at several addresses during your trip in Cuba, you will only need to fill in the details of your first accommodation.

Besides your accommodation address, on this page you will need to provide information about your health. Among other things, you will have to indicate the countries you have visited in the 15 days prior your arrival in Cuba and whether you have suffered a series of symptoms.

4. Customs information

On this page you must say if, upon arrival in Cuba, you will declare any item at customs. You will have to declare any amount of money superior to US $5,0005 cash, or any personal belongings you will be travelling with which are worth more than US $1000.

5. Declaration of agreement

On the last page of the form, you must agree to the statement of agreement, certifying that you have filled in the form truthfully. After this, the completed form will be forwarded to Cuba's immigration service. You will receive the complete form by email as a PDF file. The form is provided with a QR code. You must show this QR code on arrival in Cuba.

Have you made a mistake in the form?
You can always correct a mistake in the D'Viajeros form. If you are still filling in the form, you just need to click on ‘Previous’, and you will be directed to the previous page of the form. This way, you will be able to correct the data you filled in.

Even if you have already approved the declaration of compliance and sent the form, it is still possible to correct mistakes. To do so, go to the D'Viajeros homepage and click on the ‘Edit Form’ button. Enter the verification code you will be sent by e-mail and your passport number. Then will you be given access to the form again. If you make any changes, don't forget to submit the form again.
